How long will the consultation session take?
The consultation session will take mostly one two hour whereby everything that you need to ask will be directly answered by our expert ID consultant team.
What do we get after consultation?
We will help you on how to style your home according to your family’s needs and wants, arrange for best space and style planning for your house area and create a mood board that best suit your style and preferences. Can all the discussion finish within 1 hour?
Yes. However, we need understand clearly all our customers requirement and answer their question promtly incase if customer have more questions to ask, our ID consultant will be glad to assist without extra charges.
Is it a available by virtual consultation?
It is available virtual consultation via Zoom or Google Meet. After you have successfully booked with our timeline, our ID consultant will send you the link, about 1 day before the session, to your WhatsApp. Customer also can set consultation session to our physical showroom at Butterworth, Penang.
